  I have rented from HP for a little over a year and have nothing but praises to sing! I moved to town last year and knew nothing about the market - I toured a couple different properties around town and then came across HP and was sold! Their units and amenities can't be beat. Nick and Peggy are such a pleasure to work with and respond quick with any questions and always make sure their tenants have what they need and are cared for!
  
  Also, for the few times I've needed maintenance they are always timely in servicing the unit and knowledgeable about their task.
  
  Overall, great place, great price, great people and a great home away from home! I couldn't imagine living anywhere else or under any other management.
